Q1: When does the recruitment period start and end?

The recruitment period begins at 7 AM (ET) on October 22th and ends at 12 AM (ET) on December 16th.

Q2: How do I find my Amazon order number?

1. Go to Amazon.com and sign in.
2. Hover over "Accounts & Lists" in the upper-right corner, then, click "Your Orders."
3. Use the search bar or browse your order history.
4. The order number appears under the order details and usually looks like 123-4567890-1234567.

Q3: How do I find my Anker.com order number?

1. After purchase, you'll receive an email with your order number.
2. On the homepage, click "My Orders" in the upper-right corner.
3. The order number appears in a format like R01234567891.

Q4: How is the final vote count calculated from verified orders?

The total value of all verified orders submitted at the same time is combined. For every $10 spent, you receive 1 vote. Only whole $10 increments count; any remaining amount does not carry oer.

Q5: Why did my order verification fail?

The order number may have been entered incorrectly. Double-check the format.
The order you submitted may not have been completed on or after 12 AM on January 1st, 2025.
Your order must be from Anker.com or Amazon.
If you just placed your order, it may not be processed yet:
For Anker.com, wait about 2 minutes.
For Amazon, wait about 15 minutes, then try again.

Q6: Why didn't my submission pass the review?

Submissions must follow the Content Specifications outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Your work may be rejected if it includes any of the following:
· Hate speech, harassment, or violence
· Pornographic, explicit, or illegal material
· Misinformation, fraud, or deceptive claims
· Intellectual property or privacy violations
· Harmful, unsafe, or discriminatory content
· Political or religious extremism
· Promotion of Anker's cometing brands
· Other violations of the Terms and Conditions

Q7: How will I be notified if I win, and how will I receive my prize?

Winners will be contacted by email with instructions to provide shipping information or next steps. Please respond within five(5) calendar days. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the prize.
