For users confirmed as part of the recall batch, we will provide an Anker Power Bank replacement for free.

Please enter the order number for your Anker Power Bank, Model: A1647. If you purchased more than one of this product, please submit a separate form for each item.
Find your 16-digit serial number (e.g., AACVML0D12345678) on the bottom of the battery. Please note that the serial number (SN) does not contain the letter "O" or the letter "I".
Proof of purchase

As part of the replacement program, you will need to submit proof of purchase. This is required for all submissions. All attachments should be no more than 10 MB.
