Chadstone Offline Store Experience Survey Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By submitting the survey, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with following T&Cs. Anker Innovations Australia Pty Ltd.("Anker") reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements.

Eligibility, Participation Mechanism and Incentive Classification

Eligibility: This Survey is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have visited our stores physical store within Shop B - 120/1341 Dandenong Rd, Chadstone VIC 3148. Employees of Anker and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Activity Period: This Survey commences on 18 Nov 2025 and ends on 26 Nov 2025. During the period, complete and submit our “Chadstone Offline Store Experience Survey” in full. Each person may participate only once.

Incentive Classification: Upon completing the survey, you can receive a reward. This promotion is classified as a guaranteed gift activity — not a game of chance.

Reward Details and Redemption

Reward Content: Each eligible participant who completes the survey will receive a physical gift (“Physical Gift”).

Physical Gift Redemption:

Physical Gift Content: A complimentary Anker charging cable

Collection Method: Physical gifts must be collected in person at our Chadstone store.

Redemption Proof: To redeem the reward, you shall present the confirmation email and provide your email address at the time of collection. The original email must be shown; screenshots will not be accepted. Store staff must not request additional personal identification.

Redemption Period: Physical gifts shall be collected within 30 days from the date the comfimation email is received; otherwise, the reward will be considered forfeited.

Personal Information Collection and Privacy

Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Survey will be collected and used by Anker Innovations Australia Pty Ltd (“Anker”) or its designee. All information will be handled in accordance with Anker’s Privacy Notice (https://en.anker-in.com/privacy-notice-survey). For details on how your data is processed and your rights, please refer to the above Privacy Notice.

General Terms

Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these T&Cs excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available to participants under the ACL.

Anker is not responsible for any survey submission failures arising from technical issues such as network disruptions.
Anker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
By participating in this Survey, you agree to release and hold harmless Anker and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the survey or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize(s). Anker makes no warranties regarding the prize(s), which is provided "as is."

Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoira, Australia.
