not a problem on the usage

The metal prongs became loose after 2 days of use. Reported it to Anker and they refuse to honour their 30day return warranty. Would not buy Anker products again.

Great product and great value

I had already used this product previously - given to me as a gift - then sadly lost it (probs stolen). So glad to have another one now! And very quick delivery too😊

Perfect, but...

Very happy with my new Power Bank, works better than expected. The screen has pointless features and would have been better if it only had the capacity percentage indicator and saved energy powering the other features. Other than that, I like that it is air travel friendly. Fast shipping from Anker. Can highly recommend after 2 weeks of use.

The Anker GanPrime Charger is great. But am hearing a sound/noise from the charger whenever it's plugged in the socket. It is a little bit concerning for me. Can I get a replacement if it is not supposed to generate noise?
