The sponsor of this Anker soundcore Productivity Kit giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Anker Innovations Canada Co., Ltd. ("Sponsor") of 201, 856 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding and not subject to appeal.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is not responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, participants hereby agree to release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability whatsoever, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open only to:

Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), at the time of entry;

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older;

Individuals with a valid Instagram account.
Employees of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliated and subsidiary entities, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and any persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other substitute. No substitution of the prize or any portion thereof is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
All applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes, duties, and charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway ends on June 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after this date and time will be void.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry where privacy settings prevent the Sponsor from verifying eligibility. Entries submitted via any means other than those described above will not be accepted.
Participants may enter multiple times; however, each entry must be unique and submitted in accordance with these rules.

WINNER SELECTION
Among all eligible entries that contain the correct total count, the winner will be determined by the comment that receives the most likes at the end of the Giveaway Period.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request additional verification to confirm eligibility and the authenticity of any entry.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted by the KOL via Instagram Direct Message (DM) following the end of the Giveaway Period. The KOL will collect the winner's shipping address and share it with the Sponsor for prize fulfillment.
The winner will also be announced publicly via an Instagram Story or a reply to the winner's comment by the KOL.
IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR ENTRY MUST STILL BE VERIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN ORDER FOR THE POTENTIAL WINNER TO BE CONFIRMED AND AWARDED THE PRIZE.
To claim the prize, the winner will be required to correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: 3 × 4 + 2 = ?
If the potential winner does not respond to the DM within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or if the DM cannot be delivered, the potential winner will be disqualified. In this scenario, no alternate winner will be selected and the prize will not be awarded.
The Sponsor is not responsible for the winner's failure to receive or respond to the notification due to Instagram DM settings, technical issues, or inaccurate information provided by the participant.

PUBLICITY AND LICENSE GRANT
By entering this Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use any content submitted in connection with the Giveaway (including comments, tagged content, and any user-generated content associated with the Giveaway) for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and for promotional purposes in any media, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Participants warrant that:

They own and control all rights to any content they submit;

They have full right, power, and authority to submit and grant a licence to use such content;

The content does not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any third party's rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights;

The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY
By participating, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from and against all claims, in particular claims for infringement of copyright and personal rights, which may be asserted in connection with the use of submitted content.
The Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for:

Late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries due to network, system, software, or hardware failures;

Technical or human errors of any kind;

Injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by participation in this Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize;

Any cancellation, modification, or suspension of this Giveaway;

Failure to deliver any prize due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
If this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part.
Nothing in these rules excludes or limits the Sponsor's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any disputes arising from this Giveaway.

The Sponsor is the controller of any personal information provided when entering this Giveaway (including Instagram profile information and shipping details collected via the KOL). Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway, selecting a winner, and fulfilling the prize.
