        FAQ

Q1: What should I do when using a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX F2000 (PowerHouse 767)?

The solar input supports a 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If you use a 11-32V charger, the current supports 10A max while a 32-60V charger supports 20A max. We recommend using Anker 531 Solar Panels (200W) for better compatibility.

Q2: How should I store and maintain the power station?

-Turn off all the outputs when not in use to avoid battery from draining.
-Store in a dry and cool area.
-Check the battery capacity each week. If the battery level is below 30%, charge the power station to 100%. Fully charge it once every 3 months.

Q3: What should I pay attention to when using the Anker app?

-Connect to a network before using the app for the first time. After connecting successfully, you can connect the power station to devices off-grid (Wi-Fi not supported).

Q4: Can the power station charge my electric car?

You need to purchase a neutral-ground plug to charge an electric car such as a Tesla with this portable power station. After plugging it into one of the outlets, you can then charge your electric car.

Q5: Can I recharge Anker SOLIX F2000 (PowerHouse 767) using AC and DC input at the same time?

Using AC and DC input simultaneously is not possible. AC input is prioritized as the main input source if both are connected. When AC recharging is not used, it will automatically switch to DC recharging.

Q6: How many UL certifications has Anker SOLIX F2000 (PowerHouse 767) received from SGS?

Anker SOLIX F2000 (PowerHouse 767) is certified by SGS in accordance with UL 1012, UL 1778, UL 1973, and UL 60730.

        Love this

I've had this for roughly 9 months. It has been extremely useful! The battery lasts a long time, recharges fast when plugged into the wall. I wish it wasn't so expensive! I would advise against the solar panel option. It's a challenge to get it to produce any charge ... they have to be constantly angled right and even then the charge is extremely slow.

Awesome device for camping, power outages or using as a UPC for computers or other devices

This is awesome. It‘s very expensive, but relatively compared to other batteries of this capacity, it's a great value!
I use the F2000 2048 Wh battery system combined with (2) 200 watt and (2) 400 watt solar panels to charge my Tesla Model 3 using sunlight only...

On a good day, i get about 950-1050 watts of solar input (Max on battery is 60v at 20a or 1200 watts).

This is incredibly good compared to other mfgs.

This means that on a good sunny day, i can charge my car for about 7 hours, at about 5-6 miles per hour using a 120v and 12amp charging cable, because with the 1000 watts of solar coming in, i am only pulling about 350 watts from the battery at any given time. so at this rate, the battery lasts for about 6-7 hours.

This means i can get 25-40 miles of charge PER DAY from just the sun, and this makes it possible to charge my car while i am camping or when the power is off.

This is a great buy, but wait until its on sale and it's an even better value!

A lot of emergency power in a small package that is easy to move with wheels.

I use this for backup power in case we have an outage. It has several USB outlets for keeping our phones charged, AC outlets for appliances, and a built-in light. I may add an additional battery for permanent installation with a transfer switch.
