-If a port isn't working properly, it may be because your device has triggered the protective internal safety switch. In order to reset the switch, unplug all cables (including power cable) for five minutes and retry.

-This charger is not compatible with the iPod nano, iPod Classic, iPod Shuffle, HP TouchPad and Asus tablets.

-We recommend charging your MacBook while it's turned off or in sleep mode (5-hour recharge time).

-PowerPort 6 has a maximum output of 12A. Do not overload this charger.

No. PowerPort 6 will only supply the maximum current allowed by your device, up to 2.4A from each port. When using PowerPort 6 with a device only capable of drawing 1A, only 1A will be supplied.

The product-bundled cable is not sold separately. You can find one online by searching for "C7 cable" or "figure 8 cord." If you are in need of a premium replacement cable for micro USB, UCB-C, or Lightning connectors, Anker offers a wide range, including the acclaimed PowerLine series.
