Delivery took over a month - they use incompetent couriers who repeatedly delivered to the wrong address, after I repeatedly updated customer service. I had to resolve myself by theorizing and going to different addresses. My address is not difficult and at a major intersection. Customer service, including from management, was AI or felt like AI.

It’s much heavier than normal chargers in same size. Charge tablets and cellphones super fast to full. Love it!

Amazing Product, can't stop buying them

I actually have 3 of these at this point, it's a great product to be able to get so much power out of such a small device, and the suction cup holder that comes with it is very thoughtful. Read the instructions, the top USB-C port needs to be used for max power, it's explained in the documents.

The disadvantage is the absence of a cable.

It would be more convenient for customers if the charger came with a compatible Type-C cable.
