Note: These figures are based on testing with ANC on throughout the night, Bluetooth audio playing before sleep, and automatic switching to Local Mode after falling asleep. Actual playback time may vary depending on usage.
The charging case has a battery capacity of 690mAh, and a full charge takes approximately 120 minutes. We recommend using a 5V / 1A charger.
When fully charged, the charging case can recharge the earbuds approximately 3 times. When the case battery is too low, it can no longer charge the earbuds.
The earbuds are rated IPX4 for water resistance. The charging case is not water-resistant.
No. These earbuds do not support wear detection.
The earbuds support USB-C wired charging and wireless charging.
No. These earbuds do not support fast charging.
The effective Bluetooth connection range is about 10 m (33 ft).
The maximum volume is 89 dB in both Bluetooth Mode and Local Mode.
If the earbuds feel loose, try the following:
1. Check the Wearing Direction: Make sure the left and right earbuds are worn on the correct side.
2. Change Ear Wings or Ear Tips: Try different sizes to find a combination that fits your ears more securely. If one size doesn't fit well, try different sizes for each ear (e.g., M tip on the left, L tip on the right).
3. Check the Installation: Make sure the ear wings and ear tips are fully attached.
4. Adjust the Wearing Angle: After putting on the earbuds, rotate them slightly to find a more secure fit.
If you experience significant ear pressure or discomfort after wearing the earbuds for an extended period, try the following:
1. Change the Ear Tips or Ear Wings: Try different sizes or materials to see if they reduce pressure in your ears. If one size doesn't fit well, try different sizes for each ear (e.g., M tip on the left, L tip on the right).
2. Check the Fit: Make sure the ear wings and ear tips are properly installed, and that the left and right earbuds are not switched. After putting them on, rotate the earbuds slightly to adjust their position.
3. Try Wearing the Earbuds Without the Ear Wings: If you still experience discomfort after trying different ear tips and ear wings, try using the earbuds without the ear wings. This may slightly affect connection stability.
4. Use a Softer Pillow: A softer pillow may help reduce pressure while sleeping.
5. Turn off Noise Cancellation: Turn off ANC and switch to Normal Mode.
The earbuds feature blocked-hole detection. When more than 50% of the front nozzle is blocked by foreign objects, the soundcore app prompts you to clean the earbuds and provides a link to a cleaning guide.
1. The earbuds automatically turn on when you open the charging case.
2. For first-time use, remove the insulating film from the earbuds, place them in the charging case, and open and close the case once to turn them on.
The earbuds use a G-sensor to detect double-tap gestures, so a slightly firmer tap is required for reliable detection. We recommend tapping with your fingertip for more reliable recognition.
The earbuds' G-sensor is sensitive to vibrations and may mistake them for a double-tap, resulting in accidental triggers. Note the following:
1. Avoid leaving the earbuds loose on a desk where they may roll or fall, and avoid wearing them during vigorous exercise, as these situations may trigger false detections.
2. When placing a single earbud in the charging case, there is a chance of accidentally triggering a double- or triple-tap, which may switch modes or change the volume. This is normal behaviour of the sensor and does not indicate a fault.
3. If you do not want to use tap controls, open the soundcore app, go to Settings > Tap Controls, and turn off the switch in the top-right corner.
Open the charging case, place the earbuds inside, and press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds.
After resetting, the case indicator flashes rapidly to indicate pairing mode. Once pairing is complete, the indicator switches to a slow breathing pattern.
1. In your phone's Bluetooth settings, find and select Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 to pair the earbuds.
2. Open the soundcore app, tap Add Device, and select Anker soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 to connect.
Bluetooth Mode and Local Mode have independent volume settings because they are designed for different purposes:
- Bluetooth Mode: Designed for everyday listening, such as music and podcasts, with volume controlled through your phone.
- Local Mode: Designed specifically for sleep, with a different volume-control system.
When switching from Bluetooth mode to local mode after falling asleep, the earbuds automatically use the lower of the Bluetooth and local volume settings to prevent the volume from being too loud and disturbing your sleep.
To prevent the volume from being too low, a local volume setting below level 2 is treated as level 2 when switching modes. If the local volume is set to level 2 or higher, the original setting is retained.
Note: After switching to Local Mode, your phone can no longer directly control the earbud volume. You can adjust the volume using the triple-tap controls or in the soundcore app.
1. Restart your Bluetooth device (e.g., phone). Forget all previous pairing records and disable Bluetooth.
2. Fully charge the earbuds and reset them by doing the following:
- Open the charging case, place the earbuds inside, then press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds to reset.
- After the reset, the case indicator will flash rapidly to enter pairing mode. After pairing succeeds, the indicator will switch to a slow “breathing” flash.
- Note: During the reset, make sure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging case. After placing the left and right earbuds into the case, the light inside the case changes from orange to white.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search for “Anker Sleep Earbuds 4,” and pair.
4. Try another device (phone / tablet, etc.) to see whether the issue persists. If a pairing confirmation pop-up for “Anker Sleep Earbuds 4” appears, select “Pair.” If you accidentally select “Cancel,” turn Bluetooth off and back on, then try pairing again.
5. After resetting, the charging case must be paired and connected again with your phone and the app.
You can switch between Bluetooth Mode and Local Mode in the following ways:
1. Double-tap the left earbud. This function is enabled by default.
2. Switch modes in the soundcore app.
3. When the earbuds detect that you have fallen asleep, they automatically switch to Local Mode and play the built-in white noise by default. This function is enabled by default.
You can adjust the volume using the slider in the soundcore app or by tapping the earbuds.
In Dual-Earbud Mode, the default controls are:
- Triple-tap the left earbud to decrease the volume.
- Triple-tap the right earbud to increase the volume.
You can also customise these controls in the soundcore app.
The Play After Sleep feature offers three settings:
1. Play Local Audio After Sleep: When the earbuds detect that you have fallen asleep, they automatically switch from Bluetooth Mode to Local Mode, play the built-in audio (snore-masking soundscape by default), and turn off noise cancellation. If the audio was paused before you fell asleep, it will not start playing automatically after you fall asleep.
2. Stop Playback After Sleep: When the earbuds detect that you have fallen asleep, they automatically pause audio playback.
3. Keep Playing After Sleep: Your pre-sleep playback settings continue after you fall asleep, and noise cancellation automatically turns off.
Note: To resume Bluetooth audio, double-tap the left earbud to switch back to Bluetooth Mode.
This may happen for the following reasons:
1. The earbuds did not detect that you had fallen asleep.
2. The earbuds switched to Local Mode after you fell asleep, but a subsequent accidental tap, such as from turning over in bed, switched them back to Bluetooth Mode.
If the problem persists after ruling out these possibilities, contact customer service for further assistance.
If there is no sound after the earbuds switch to Local Mode after sleep, check the following:
1. Volume Is Too Low: When switching to Local Mode, the earbuds inherit the lower of the Bluetooth and local volume settings, which may result in low volume. Increase the volume using the earbuds or the soundcore app.
2. An Accidental Tap Reduced the Volume: Turning over or moving your head during sleep may accidentally trigger a triple-tap gesture, reducing the volume to 0 or a very low level. Turn off tap controls in the soundcore app to prevent accidental triggers.
3. Audio Already Stopped Before Sleep: If Bluetooth audio had already stopped before you fell asleep, such as when a podcast that does not support looping ended, the audio will not start playing after the earbuds switch to Local Mode.
If the earbuds cannot charge, try the following:
1. Check Placement and Cleanliness: Make sure the earbuds are placed correctly in the charging case and that the ear wings are installed properly. Check whether the charging contacts on the earbuds or the charging pins in the case are blocked by dirt or debris, which can prevent proper contact.
2. Clean the Charging Contacts: Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and in the charging case.
3. Check the Case Battery: When the charging case battery is below 5%, it may no longer be able to charge the earbuds. Charge the case first, then try charging the earbuds again.
4. Check the Indicator for Contact: Each time you place the earbuds in the case, check the indicator to confirm the connection. A white light indicates normal contact, while a yellow light indicates poor contact.
Product battery life may vary depending on the usage mode:
- In Bluetooth mode, battery life is approximately 8 hours with ANC on and 11 hours with ANC off
- In Local mode, it is approximately 9.5 hours with ANC on and 14.5 hours with ANC off
- With the charging case, the total battery life is approximately 4 nights.
If you notice a significant decrease in battery life, you may try the following suggestions:
1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
2. In Local Mode, if you turn off Bluetooth on your phone, the earbuds will continue searching for a Bluetooth connection for a period of time, which can drain the battery faster.
3. Over time and after more charging cycles, the battery gradually loses some of its capacity, which can reduce battery life. This is normal.
In addition, the earbuds automatically enter Local Mode after detecting that you have fallen asleep, which helps reduce power consumption. If you enable the alarm, it uses approximately 5% more battery and shortens playback time.
Using a 5V / 1A charger, the earbuds take approximately 90 minutes to fully charge, while the charging case takes approximately 120 minutes to fully charge.
When fully charged, the charging case can charge the earbuds approximately 3 times.
One earbud is designated as the primary earbud, and the other as the secondary earbud. The primary earbud normally consumes slightly more power than the secondary earbud, so a battery-level difference of up to 20% is normal.
The actual difference may also be affected by factors such as volume, audio content, environmental interference, and whether other in-app features are enabled. Battery levels may therefore vary depending on the usage scenario and should be considered for reference only.
Try the following:
1. Re-Seat the Earbuds: Take the earbuds out, place them back in the case, close and reopen the lid, then take them out and try again.
2. Check Installation and Connection: Make sure the ear tips and ear wings are installed properly and do not block the charging contacts on the earbuds or in the case. After placing both earbuds in the case, the case indicator should light up, indicating a proper connection.
3. Clean the Charging Contacts: Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol to clean the charging contacts in the case and on the earbuds to ensure proper contact.
4. Try Different Charging Accessories: Use a different charging cable and charger to charge the case, and make sure the case has sufficient battery power.
If the earbuds have not been used for a long time, charge them for at least 2 hours first, then check whether the issue is resolved.
While the charging case is charging, press the button on the case once to stop the indicator from flashing and turn it off. Press the button again to turn the indicator back on.
If the case lid is not fully open when you take out the earbuds, they may not turn on automatically. Make sure the case lid is fully open before taking out the earbuds.
Yes. Sleep Earbuds 4 supports wireless charging.
If there is no light effect after opening the charging case, the case battery may be low. Charge the case first, and the light effect should return to normal.
If the earbuds disconnect or the sound is intermittent, this does not necessarily mean the earbuds are faulty. The issue may be related to the connected device or the surrounding environment. Bluetooth signals can be affected by obstacles such as walls and furniture, as well as interference from Wi-Fi signals. Try to avoid these sources of interference.
You can also try the following:
1. Adjust the Fit or Change the Ear Wing Size: If the earbuds are inserted too deeply, their antenna position may be affected, which can interfere with Bluetooth stability. Try adjusting the wearing angle or using a larger ear wing or ear tip.
2. Shorten the Connection Distance: Keep your phone close to the earbuds.
3. Reset the Earbuds: Open the charging case, place the earbuds inside, and press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds.
4. Test Performance in Bluetooth Mode: Play downloaded music or videos and check whether the earbuds work normally.
5. Test with Another Device: Connect the earbuds to another Bluetooth device and test them in different environments to see whether the issue persists.
The effective Bluetooth connection range is about 10 m (33 ft).
Bluetooth 6.0.
Sleep Earbuds 4 supports SBC and AAC audio codecs.
If the left and right earbuds fail to pair, indicated by the case indicator flashing only once when the earbuds are placed in the case, place the earbuds back in the case and press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds to reset them.
If one earbud is quiet or silent, try the following:
1. Adjust the Wearing Position: When sleeping on your side, certain positions may cause the ear tip to shift and block the metal mesh filter, resulting in low or no sound. Try adjusting your head position relative to the pillow.
2. Check the Bluetooth Connection: When sleeping on your side, one earbud may be covered by your ear, weakening or even interrupting the Bluetooth signal.
3. Clean the earbuds:
- Deep-clean the earbuds: use the included cleaning pads, or rubbing alcohol / a damp cloth, to clean the nozzle and ear tip.
- If possible, use a bulb air blower to clean the earbuds. Airflow can blow into the openings / filter, loosening and expelling dust and debris. Then remove it with a cotton swab or toothpick
4. Reset the Earbuds: Open the charging case, place the earbuds inside, and press and hold the Reset button on the back of the case for 10 seconds.
5. Check the Phone's Volume Balance Settings:
- Android: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio and on-screen text > Audio > Balance.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Audio Balance.
- Samsung: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Connected audio.
Note: Moving the balance slider to the left makes the left earbud louder and the right earbud quieter. Moving it to the right has the opposite effect.
Check whether the earbuds have accidentally been switched to Local Mode. In Local Mode, the earbuds can only play built-in white noise and cannot play music from a Bluetooth-connected device. As a result, music will play through the phone speaker instead.
If the sound quality is poor when playing music or white noise in Bluetooth Mode, try the following:
1. Adjust the Fit: Try different ear tip sizes and make sure they fit securely in your ear canals.
2. Try Different Size Combinations: If one earbud feels unstable, try different ear tip sizes for the left and right earbuds, such as a medium ear tip on the left and a large one on the right. This may improve sound quality.
3. Try Different Audio Content: Play different types of music to check whether the original audio source contains distortion or noise.
4. Clean the Ear Tips and Dust Mesh: Clean them, then try again.
5. Switch the White Noise Source: Switch to a different white noise source in the soundcore app.
If noise cancellation is not as effective as expected, try the following:
1. Choose the Right Ear Tips: The combination of ear tips and ear wings affects sound isolation. If noise reduction is poor, try different ear wing and ear tip sizes. You can also run Fit Test in the app by going to Settings > Fit Test to check whether the current ear tips are suitable.
2. Confirm the Ear Tips Are Installed Correctly: Refer to the product instructions to make sure the ear tips are installed correctly.
3. Wear the Earbuds Correctly: Follow the wearing guide and make sure noise cancellation is enabled.
4. Clean the Earbuds: Clean the front nozzle and microphone mesh to make sure they are not blocked by dirt or debris.
You can turn off prompt tones in the soundcore app. Go to Settings > Prompt Tones, then turn off the corresponding prompt tones.
The following prompt tones can be turned off: Bluetooth Mode switching, noise cancellation on / off, low battery, and auto power-off. Low-battery and auto-power-off prompt tones are turned off by default.
1. In Local Mode, the white noise volume cannot be adjusted directly from your phone. It can only be adjusted through the soundcore app or by tapping the earbuds. In Dual-Earbud Mode, the default controls are:
- Triple-tap the left earbud to decrease the volume.
- Tripe-tap the right earbud to increase the volume.
- You can also customise these controls in the app.
2. If you are using an Android device and experience volume issues in Bluetooth Mode, go to your phone's settings and enable Volume Sync or Absolute Volume, if available.
3. On Samsung phones and some other Android phones, you may need to enable Developer Options first. Go to Settings > About Phone, then tap Build Number several times. The number of taps varies by phone model, but is usually 7. Once Developer Options is enabled, go to Settings and look for a volume-sync-related setting.
Alternatively, after enabling Developer Options, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the connected earbuds, tap the settings icon, and look for a similar Volume Sync option.
Note: Settings paths may vary slightly depending on the phone brand and system version. If you cannot find the corresponding option, search for the specific settings path for your phone model.
If you can hear your own heartbeat or pulse after putting on the earbuds, try the following:
1. Try different ear wing and ear tip sizes, and adjust the wearing angle.
2. Turn off noise cancellation and try again to check whether the sound disappears.
Yes. Sleep Earbuds 4 supports calls, but the call feature is turned off by default and must be enabled in the soundcore app settings. Calls are not supported in Local Mode.
If the white noise download is slow, try the following:
1. Pause music playback and other activities on your phone during the download.
2. Check that your phone has a stable network connection.
Some white noise tracks are played on a loop, so you may hear a slight break when the track restarts. If you notice a particular track with an audible break at the loop point, please let us know which track it is. We'll prioritise optimising it and provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can try another white noise track.
Sleep detection determines whether you are asleep based on changes in your state after you put on the earbuds, then generates sleep data in the app. Because sleep habits and wearing conditions vary from person to person, the results may not always be completely accurate.
Sleep detection primarily relies on the motion sensor in the earbuds. If you remain still for a long time while awake, or leave the earbuds on a desk or another surface, they may incorrectly detect that you have fallen asleep.
Sleep detection primarily relies on the earbuds' built-in motion sensor to determine whether you are asleep. If you move frequently or move your head significantly after falling asleep, the earbuds may incorrectly detect that you are awake and fail to generate sleep data.
If no sleep data appears, try the following:
1. Reconnect the Earbuds: Connect the earbuds to the soundcore app to sync the latest sleep data.
2. Keep Your Earbuds Connected Regularly: You do not need to open the app every night before bed to sync the time. However, we recommend connecting the earbuds to the app at least once a week to sync data.
3. Restart the App: If the sleep data still does not sync, restart the soundcore app and try again.
Note: Sleep Earbuds 4 primarily uses its built-in motion sensor to detect sleep. Compared with smartwatches that use multiple sensors, such as heart-rate sensors, sleep detection may be less accurate.
You can download white noise as follows:
1. Open the soundcore app and go to Audio Library.
2. Tap the White Noise tab and select the audio you want to download.
3. Tap the playback bar at the bottom..
4. In the pop-up tab, tap Download in the bottom-right corner.
5. Once the download is complete, the white noise is automatically saved to the earbuds and can be used in Local Mode.
Notes:
- Downloads must be initiated in the app. The earbuds can download white noise in either Bluetooth Mode or Local Mode.
- Currently, only one white noise track can be stored locally on the earbuds.
- Importing third-party audio is not supported.
White noise files usually take several tens of seconds to download. If the network connection is unstable, the Bluetooth connection is weak, or the app is not working properly, the download may take longer. Keep the earbuds close to your phone and make sure you have a stable network connection to help speed up the download.
If the white noise download fails, try downloading it again. If the download continues to fail after several attempts, check the following:
1. Whether the earbuds are connected to the app properly.
2. Whether the earbud firmware is up to date.
3. Whether the app has the necessary network and storage permissions.
Yes. You can change the downloaded white noise, but you can currently only choose from the white noise tracks available in the app. A newly downloaded track automatically replaces the track previously stored on the earbuds.
No. Importing third-party audio is currently not supported. You can only download and replace white noise tracks from the app's Audio Library.
Compared with Sleep A20, which can store up to four white noise tracks, Sleep Earbuds 4 provides improved white noise audio quality. Due to its available storage capacity, it currently supports storing only one white noise track locally.
To use a different white noise track, delete the currently stored track and download another one.
The timer applies to both Local Mode and Bluetooth Mode. The timer you set in the player on the device home page of the app remains active when you switch between modes. The remaining timer duration continues after the mode is switched.
You can turn off the tap function in the soundcore app. Go to Settings > Tap Controls, then turn off the switch in the top-right corner.
No. You cannot add music from your phone to the Local Mode sound library. Local Mode only supports audio built into the sound library. Your own music can be played normally in Bluetooth Mode.
The charging case battery level in the soundcore app is updated in real time only when the earbuds are placed back in the case. If the earbuds remain outside the case for an extended period, the battery level shown in the app may remain unchanged.
To view the latest case battery level, place the earbuds back in the case and open the soundcore app.
Sound Library audio must be played in Bluetooth Mode to play through the earbuds. If you preview Sound Library audio in Local Mode, it plays through your phone's speaker first and can only play through the earbuds after it has been transferred to the earbuds.
Similarly, if you preview online content in the app while in Local Mode, such as undownloaded white noise or meditation audio, or other streaming content, the audio may play through your phone's speaker. This is because Local Mode can only play audio that is stored locally on the earbuds.
Sleep Earbuds 4 provides the following playback options after sleep is detected:
- Play Local Audio After Sleep: Automatically switches to Local Mode and turns off noise cancellation after you fall asleep.
- Stop Playback After Sleep: Stops audio playback after you fall asleep and keeps the current noise cancellation setting.
- Keep Playing After Sleep: Continues playing the current audio and keeps the current noise cancellation setting.
To have the earbuds switch or stop playback automatically based on sleep detection, select one of the three options above.
If you want to stop playback after a specific period, such as 30 minutes, use Earbud Auto-Stop Timer. Go to Settings > Earbud Auto-Stop Timer.
Sleep Earbuds 4 has Smart Mode Switching enabled by default and may automatically switch modes in the following situations:
1. If the earbuds detect little or no movement for an extended period, they may incorrectly detect that you have fallen asleep and switch to Local Mode.
2. If you turn over significantly while sleeping, you may accidentally trigger the tap controls, causing the mode to switch unexpectedly.
If you do not want this to happen, you can turn off the tap function or assign it to another function in the app.
1. Download the latest soundcore app from the App Store. (If you already have soundcore, uninstall it and download it again; do not install over the existing app.
Note: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local recordings in the app and cannot be undone. Before uninstalling, back up important recordings to the cloud or export them elsewhere.)
2. Pair the earbuds with your phone. Currently, the soundcore app does not support computers.
3. Open the app and tap "Add Device" on the left side of the page. The app will connect to the earbuds automatically. (The first time you open the app, you must allow location permission.)
4. If the connection fails, tap "Set up Manually" > Anker Sleep Earbuds 4 to see whether you can add it manually. (If you can’t find the model on that page, take a screenshot.)
5. Uninstall and reinstall the app once.
Note:
- Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local recordings in the app and cannot be undone. Before uninstalling, back up important recordings to the cloud or export them elsewhere.
- Check whether your phone is connected to other Bluetooth devices. If it is, disconnect those devices first, then connect in the app.
If it still won’t connect, provide the phone model, app version, and screenshot from step 4, and upload the app logs.
If the first connection succeeds but later connections fail:
1. Check whether this is a multi-device scenario. If the app is connected on phone A, phone B cannot connect to the app. Quit the app on phone A in the background, then try again.
2. Restart the device, or try with another device.
You can set an alarm as follows:
1. Connect the earbuds to your phone and open the soundcore app to enter the device control page.
2. On the home page, tap the alarm you have set to open the alarm settings. If no alarm has been set, "No Alarm" is displayed. You can set up to 5 alarms.
3. Tap an individual alarm to set the time, repeat days, and alarm sound.
If the alarm time is incorrect, the internal clock of the earbuds may not be synchronised with the current time. In Local Mode, the earbuds rely on their internal clock to run alarms independently. If the earbuds have not been connected to the app for an extended period, the clock may become inaccurate.
To correct the alarm time:
1. Reconnect the earbuds to the soundcore app. The app will automatically synchronise the earbuds' internal clock.
2. We recommend connecting the earbuds to the app regularly to keep the internal clock synchronised and help prevent alarm time discrepancies.
1. Connect the earbuds to your phone and open the soundcore app to enter the device control page.
2. On the home page, tap the alarm you have set to open the alarm settings. If no alarm has been set, "No Alarm" is displayed.
3. Under "Snooze Reminder", select a delay of 5 or 10 minutes. You can snooze the alarm up to 3 consecutive times.
You can turn off the alarm in either of the following ways:
1. Double-tap either earbud.
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case. The alarm will turn off automatically.
You can check the battery levels of the earbuds and charging case in the soundcore app. Some Android phones may also display the battery level of connected devices, but we recommend referring to the battery level shown in the app.
The external indicator on the charging case shows different patterns based on the battery level:
- 0 - 20%: Short red indicator lights stay on for 5 seconds, then turn off.
- 20 - 60%: Short white indicator lights stay on for 5 seconds, then turn off.
- 60 - 100%: Long white indicator lights stay on for 5 seconds, then turn off.
Note: When the case battery level is approximately 0 - 5%, it can no longer charge the earbuds. If all external indicator lights are off, the case battery is depleted.
1. When the earbuds are not in the case, the corresponding internal indicator light stays orange.
2. When an earbud is placed in the case, the corresponding orange indicator light turns white. For example, when the left earbud is placed in the case, the left indicator light turns white.
The charging case external indicator shows the following states while charging:
1. 0 - 20%: The middle section displays a breathing red light, completing one cycle in approximately 4 seconds.
2. 20 - 60%: The middle section displays a breathing white light, completing one cycle in approximately 4 seconds.
3. 60 - 100%: The entire light strip displays a breathing white light, completing one cycle in approximately 4 seconds.
4. Fully Charged (100%): The entire light strip remains on for 5 minutes, then turns off automatically.
Press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The internal indicator flashes rapidly, staying on for 200 ms and off for 200 ms repeatedly. If the earbuds are not connected within 5 minutes, the indicator turns off automatically and pairing mode ends.
We recommend regularly cleaning the ear tips, ear wings, mesh filters, and charging contacts with alcohol wipes to keep the earbuds clean and in good working condition.
Snore masking works as follows:
1. Masking: The earbuds play a soothing audio track to help mask snoring.
2. Automatic Volume Adjustment: The masking audio volume automatically adjusts based on the volume of the snoring.
3. Volume Limit: To help protect your hearing, the earbud volume is limited to 60 dB.
Smart Sensing is still being optimised in the lab, and we are continuously improving the accuracy of scene recognition and reducing accidental triggers. If you encounter any issues while using this feature, please share your feedback with us.
