Additionally, our cleaning solution has undergone rigorous reliability and non-toxicity testing.

If you notice that the vacuum is not effectively picking up pet hair or other fine debris, or if it mistakenly identifies long carpet fibers as obstacles, avoids cleaning under furniture, or keeps a considerable distance from cabinet edges, you may need to adjust its settings for better performance. Here’s how to do it:
Open the eufy Clean app.
Go to the Settings page.
Select 'Robot Settings'.
Disable the 'Tiny Obstacle Avoidance' feature.
Disabling 'Tiny Obstacle Avoidance' allows S1 Pro to pick up smaller debris without avoiding them.
