Not a lot of juice and not tightly secure to the socket

I've fully charged the power bank which promises 5000mAh before using it but when I charge my iPhone 12 pro with a 17% battery life, it emptied the power bank in one charging. I expected it to at least have a quarter of juice left.

Also, when plugged on the phone, its not tightly secure but a bit wobbly so you always have to be very careful when carrying it around with your phone.

I have not gotten my powerbank and I have been waiting for 1 month now and I still have go no response and they won’t refund.
