handy and not so heavy as was expected

My choose for this Anker model compare for other powerstation is UPS mode and low noise (cause it using in leaving room, where people sleep). And I satisfided with noise level.

I wish more quicker charging time, and a bit more capacity and power (1700W)

Good quality and very very bad and slow support

In case you would need any support - it could takes ages, so it wasn't expected such bad customer support with relatively expensive items. Soon I will get Ecoflow and I will have a chance to compare between them.
