Outdated, get rid of it Anker!

So my set up is a Samsung monitor with USB out, this USB cable charges my laptop and is a display cable in one.
I used this Anker (i love the brand) to get more usb ports and an ethernetport.
What I don not like: the USB-C PD input doesn't support display input. So I still have to charge my laptop separately or use a display cable. That's going back in to time, furthermore if i charge my phone + have my webcam on with this"massive expansion" which sounds powerfull doesnt it? My mouse doesn't work anymore (also usb powered via the "massive expansion"). So I bought a relatively expensive USB hub and still need to use wallplugs to charge stuff.
All and all it's outdated, it's weak. Get this product out of your line up today Anker! Only sell topnotch products. My next product isn't Anker anymore, they broke my trust in delivering high end devices.

Does NOT work with Mac or IPad according to the Anker support

Sounds great on paper and does work alright with PC.
Had some issues with my Logitech dongle, it seems to have a shorter range when connected to the dock.
I have issues connecting to my MacBook Air M1 and IPad.
Contacted the support that said that it's most likely down to that the device might not support MST.
I can however get it to work with Mac and IPad but every time I need to disconnect everything and connect it in a particular order for it to work (to get the second screen to work).
I have asked the support to add info in the specs that it's not compatible with Mac or iPad. Hopefully they will.
But, if you are planning to use it with a windows PC it works fine.

gets unconfortably warm

overall quite nice. Almost no trouble using it as the center piece for my setup.
When connecting a 1440p ultrawide display via displayport the dock gets VERY warm.
