The products as seen in your website are nice but as delivered through Amazon it is the worst

The products you sell are very nice shown in your website. But the luck of shipping agency must be taken into account. All items I received were completely destroyed and they were not working.Also the delivery time is completely awful!!! Delivery time was 3-7 days and the items delivered after 12 days!!! I hope my next purchases will be treated better.

Good product, but not sure if it's worth it

Anker is known for its good quality products but due to my experience with the logistics of the delivery and the poor customer service, I am seriously considering whether the good quality is worth the headache of:
1. having to call the post office because the product was sent to an address which was not the same as what I entered (I have a confirmation email as proof that I wrote the correct address in my order)
2. being passive-aggressively treated by their customer service representative telling me "we are sorry that you entered the wrong address" -- never mind the insincere apology, the representative incorrectly accused me of something they have no proof of

Anker 762 USB-C to lighting never received

Unfortunately, despite contacting customer service, still no Anker 762 USB-C to lighting cable received. Very bad for a company like Anker!
