What is Free Return Shipping?
Free Return Shipping is an optional service included in the Worry-Free Shopping Program. After purchasing this service, if your order meets the return conditions, we will provide a free return shipping label, covering the shipping fee to send the item back to the seller.

Products marked "Free Return Shipping Supported" on the product detail page.
Orders that offer the Free Return Shipping option in the shopping cart or on the checkout page.

When Free Return Shipping Cannot Be Purchased?
Orders containing non-returnable items.
Special customized products, oversized products, or others as noted on the product detail page.
How to Purchase Free Return Shipping

Select Products
Add items that support Free Return Shipping to your cart, or click Buy Now to go to the checkout page.

Check the "Worry-Free Shopping" Option
On the cart or checkout page, enable the Worry-Free Shopping widget.
This widget includes Shipping Insurance and Free Return Shipping. Both benefits and total cost will be displayed.
If only shipping insurance is supported, only that option will appear.
Free Return Shipping cannot be purchased separately at this time.

Complete Your Payment
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Seel with your protection details and claim information.
If the order is canceled, the policy will be automatically canceled as well. Partial cancellations are not supported.
Purchase Notes
Free Return Shipping only supports whole-order coverage, individual product coverage is not available.
The service fee is based on the amount shown during checkout.
Coverage begins once your order is delivered and remains valid within the return window.
How to Use Free Return Shipping
Eligibility Conditions
To use Free Return Shipping, the following conditions must be met:
Return request must be submitted during the return window and comply with our return policy.
Applies only to returns within the United States.
Non-quality-related returns: Items must be in good condition and suitable for resale.
Quality-related-returns: Free Return Shipping does not apply (shipping cost is covered by the seller).
How to Use Free Return Shipping

Submit a Return Request
Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
Locate the item → Click Return → Return Items.
Select the item, choose the reason, and upload product photos.
If you purchased Free Return Shipping, the Free Return option will automatically appear.
Select Free Return and submit. Wait for approval.
Get Your Return Label
The seller will review your request within 3 business days.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via:
Email (look for an email titled RMA Accepted with a PDF label).
Website: Go to My Returns → Find the order marked Ticket Created → Click Detail.
Select Free Return → Click Next Step.
Fill in your address and carrier info → Click Download Return Label.
Ship the Item
Print the return label and attach it to your package.
Drop off your package with the designated carrier.
No upfront shipping payment is needed.
Additional Notes
Free Return Shipping is only valid for returns within the United States.
Shipping label details cannot be changed—modifications may invalidate the label.
This service provides a prepaid return label, so there's no need to pay upfront or request reimbursement.
Items returned outside the eligible return window or that don't meet the return policy will not qualify.
For bundle orders, if one item was returned with Free Return Shipping, contact us to request a free return label.
