How do I choose the right place to install the mount?
After confirming compatibility with your dashboard, pick a flat area large enough for the base (93*63mm) that won't block your view. Test the position by temporarily placing the mount. Then, remove the protective film and secure the base.
Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and do phone cases affect charging?
This wireless charger is designed primarily for iPhones with magnetic wireless charging capabilities, starting with iPhone 12. Avoid using thick (over 2.5 mm) or non-magnetic cases as they might hinder charging efficiency.
