Cookie Notice

Anker wants to ensure that your visit to our website is smooth, reliable and as useful to you as possible. To help us do this, we use cookies to make our website relevant to your interests and needs.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device (“device”) when you visit our website. These could be traditional HTML-cookies, pixel tags, beacons or scripts and are stored by your internet browser. These cookies may contain basic information about your device or internet use. Your browser sends these cookies back to our website every time you revisit it, so we can recognize your computer or mobile device and personalize and improve your browsing experience.

What type of cookies do we use?

Anker and its third-party partners and providers use cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect certain Personal Data when you visit or interact with our Sites and services to enhance navigation, analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movements around the Sites, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and assist with our marketing efforts and customer service. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Sites and services.

Our Sites provide you the ability to adjust your preferences regarding our use of cookies and similar technologies by clicking the "Cookie Settings” link in the footer of our Sites. These cookie preference manager tools are website, device, and browser specific, so you will need to change your preferences on each device and browser you use when interacting with the specific Site you are visiting. You can also stop all collection of information via our web services by not using our Sites and services.

You may also be able to utilize third-party tools and features to further restrict our use of cookies and similar technologies. For example, cookies may generally be disabled or removed by tools available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some instances blocked in the future by selecting certain settings. Browsers offer different functionalities and options, so you may need to set them separately. In addition, you may be able to exercise specific privacy choices, such as enabling or disabling certain location-based services, by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device or internet browser. You may also exercise choice regarding the use of cookies from Google Analytics by going to https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en to download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, as well as how you can control information sent to Google, review Google's website here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You may also opt-out of targeted advertising by companies that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) AdChoices Program by visting optout.aboutads.info. For more information on the DAA AdChoices Program, please visit www.youradchoices.com. In addition, the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) has developed a tool that allows consumers to opt out of certain tailored advertising delivered by NAI members’ advertising networks. To learn more about opting out of such targeted advertising or to use the NAI tool, see https://optout.networkadvertising.org/.

Managing your cookie settings and deleting cookies

As explained above, we only place advertising and targeting cookies (including tracking cookies) if you have given us your consent for doing this. If you have given us your consent but would like the cookies that we have placed to be removed, you can do this by deleting them via your browser. Search for "cookies" under your web browser's “Help menu” or visit www.allaboutcookies.org for more information on how to do this.

You can also enable or disable (types of) cookies via your browsing settings. For example, you can have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, delete individual cookies or delete all cookies. Most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of advertising cookies. See the Digital Advertising Alliance Consumer Choice and Your Online Choices pages for useful information on how to do this.

Please note that, if you choose to delete Anker cookies, your access to some functionality and areas of our website may be degraded or restricted.
