AnkerCredits Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Anker Rewards ("AnkerCredits" program). Members of the program earn points (called "AnkerCredits") in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities, redeemable towards the purchase of certain products at Anker.com or in the Anker App (collectively referred to as the Anker Store). Anker, eufy, and Soundcore products purchased at brick-and-mortar retail establishments or on third-party sites (including, but not limited to, Facebook resale groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third parties) are not currently eligible for the accumulation of points.

1. About AnkerCredits

1.1. Free Membership. Membership in the loyalty programme is free of charge, but you must have an account on Anker.com or in the Anker App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how the information you provide to us is used. This programme is void where prohibited. You may create an account if you are at least 13 years of age, have internet access, and have a valid mailing address.

1.2. Eligibility. To qualify for membership, you must create an account. Creating an account makes you a member. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date, complete, accurate, and true, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Each individual may hold only one membership account. If it is found that an individual holds more than one account, we reserve the right to freeze those accounts and cancel the accumulated AnkerCredits.

1.3. How to join the AnkerCredits programme. Create an account by visiting the Anker Store (Anker.com or the Anker App) and registering as a user. You will be asked to provide your email address and password. Once you have submitted the required information, your account is created and you are enrolled in the AnkerCredits programme.

1.4. How to access or change your member information. Keep your personal information up to date via "My Account". From your dashboard you can access your account information and update your profile.

2. Earning AnkerCredits

2.1. General Rules. Members can earn points by purchasing eligible online products on the Anker Store while logged into their account.

2.2. Earning Rate. Members earn 1 AnkerCredit for every £1 spent on eligible products. Credits are based on the order subtotal after any discounts and are rounded to the nearest whole number (e.g. spending £99.99 earns 100 AnkerCredits (rounded to the nearest whole number)).

2.4. Exclusions. Members earn points only on the purchase price of eligible online products. The calculation of points excludes shipping charges and all taxes paid by the member, including but not limited to VAT or other applicable taxes. Discounts or other credits applied to a product or service do not generate points — for example, if a product normally priced at £50 is reduced to £25, the member earns points only on the £25 purchase price. Purchasing gift cards or redeeming vouchers does not generate points. The following purchases do not qualify for AnkerCredits: 1. purchases made by a member prior to joining the programme; 2. purchases made without the member being logged into their account, or made outside the Anker Store; 3. purchases made by wholesale retailers, who are not eligible to participate in the programme.

2.5. Returns / Order Cancellations. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, or a card/gift card payment is declined, the AnkerCredits earned on that transaction — including any bonus credits — will be deducted from your account. Reward coupons or gift cards cannot be reused across different orders or items.

2.6. Bonus AnkerCredits Promotions. From time to time, the Anker Store may run bonus AnkerCredits promotions, under which members may earn additional "Bonus AnkerCredits" by purchasing specially marked products or purchasing during a designated promotional period. Bonus promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be offered at Anker's sole discretion.

2.7. About Free Gifts. If a product purchased during a promotion comes with an additional free gift, the retail value of the free gift does not generate AnkerCredits.

3. Redeeming AnkerCredits

3.1. AnkerCredits must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and are redeemable only online at the Anker Store.

3.2. Types of rewards. Rewards currently available under the AnkerCredits programme are:
  • a. Discount coupons — AnkerCredits can be redeemed for single-use percentage-off discount coupons.
  • b. Cash-off order value ("credits offset") — AnkerCredits can be redeemed directly against the price of an order.
3.3. How to redeem AnkerCredits.
To redeem AnkerCredits, log into your account on the Anker Store, go to "Redeem AnkerCredits", and select the reward you would like to collect from those currently available. Points are deducted from your account at the time of redemption. Where the reward is a discount coupon, you will receive a single-use code to apply at checkout; where the reward is a cash-off order value, the offset is applied directly to your order total. The specific point thresholds, discount levels, and offset limits applicable to each reward are set out on the AnkerCredits page at the time of redemption and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
General redemption conditions. Rewards are available only while supplies or promotional periods last. Certain rewards are subject to separate terms and conditions, made available when the reward is offered. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value beyond the specific redemption mechanic described above. Please read the rules of each reward before confirming redemption, as redemption cannot be cancelled once confirmed (see Section 6).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product redeemed through AnkerCredits, please contact Anker Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Exceptions and Restrictions

Each individual may open only one account. Reward codes may not be combined with other discount codes. AnkerCredits cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. AnkerCredits accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated for any purchase or other purpose. AnkerCredits earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed within that same transaction. Redeemed AnkerCredits cannot be applied retroactively to any past order. AnkerCredits have no cash value outside of the Anker Store and are valid only for active members. If membership is cancelled, any unredeemed rewards become invalid. The entire redemption process must be completed within the valid membership lifecycle.

6. Expiry of AnkerCredits

Standard AnkerCredits currently expire 365 days from the date on which they were credited to your account and became available. Please use your credits before they expire. Certain credits may expire earlier at Anker's discretion, and the expiry period may be changed by Anker at any time.

7. Rewards Cannot Be Cancelled

Once AnkerCredits are redeemed, a reward (discount, cash-off, product, or gift card) is assigned, and we cannot cancel the redemption or return points to your AnkerCredits account.

Overview

By registering on Anker.com or in the Anker App and joining the AnkerCredits programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms associated with the programme. Anker may update or modify the programme terms from time to time. We will endeavour to notify members of material changes, but reserve the right to make changes that affect accumulated credits where necessary. Anker's records of your AnkerCredits balance are considered accurate. If you believe there is an error, please contact us and we will review. AnkerCredits are non-transferable, non-revocable, and have no cash value outside the Anker Store. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in confiscation or cancellation of points and suspension or termination of membership. Anker may revoke a member's participation in the programme at any time in the event of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
