Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.Promotion
1.1 This promotion is initiated and managed by Anker Technology (UK) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter").
1.2 The Promoter invites eligible participants to enter for a chance to win a Gary Neville signed Manchester United shirt or a Gary Neville signed football, as described in these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 This Promotion is a prize draw. Winners are selected at random by the Promoter using a third-party giveaway platform from all eligible entries. No element of skill or judged merit determines the outcome.
1.4 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Gary Neville, Manchester United Football Club, or any entity associated with any of the foregoing.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 This Promotion runs from 6 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The timestamp displayed by Instagram on each entry shall be the sole determinant of when the entry was made.
2.2 The two (2) winners will be selected at random by the Promoter using a third-party giveaway platform from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. The platform will verify that each eligible entry has completed the entry requirements set out in Section 4.1. The Promoter will record the selection process (including screen recording or equivalent) and retain such record for at least 90 days after the prizes are awarded.
2.3 The Promoter is not obliged to publish the selection process, but may do so at its discretion upon reasonable request.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the Promoter and its respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participation for trade, business, or professional purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. How to Participate
4.1 To enter, eligible participants must log in to their Instagram account and complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Free Entry Route: To enter without engaging with Instagram, send a postcard with your full name, email address, and phone number to: ANKER TECHNOLOGY (UK) LTD, 39 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1JA, United Kingdom. One entry per postcard. Postal entries must be received by the closing date. Postal entries will be entered into the same random draw with equal odds of winning.
4.2 Additionally, entrants are encouraged to repost the Promotional Post to their Instagram Story. Reposting is encouraged but is not a requirement for entry and will not affect the selection outcome.
4.3 Each Instagram account may only submit one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same account will, at the Promoter's sole discretion, result in all entries from that account being disqualified.
4.4 The use of any automated scripts, macros, bots, or systems designed to generate entries is strictly prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of using such methods.
5. Prize Details
5.1 The following two (2) prizes are available:

5.2 The prizes will be awarded at random from all eligible entries. The first drawn entry will receive Prize 1 (signed shirt); the second drawn entry will receive Prize 2 (signed football).
5.3 The prizes are physical goods and will be dispatched to the winners at the Promoter's cost to a valid United Kingdom address. The Promoter is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make the original prize unavailable. The Promoter's decision on any such substitution shall be final.
5.5 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.6 Prize Resale Prohibition: The prizes must not be resold, transferred to any third party, or used for any commercial purpose.
5.7 Any warranty or guarantee in respect of the prizes is limited to that provided by the manufacturer. The Promoter does not provide any additional warranty regarding the condition or longevity of the signed items, including the permanence of the signature.
6. Odds of Winning
6.1 The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
7.1 The two (2) winners will be selected at random by the Promoter using a third-party giveaway platform from all eligible entries at the end of the Promotion Period.
7.2 The Promoter will attempt to contact each winner via Instagram Direct Message from @ankerofficialuk. If the Promoter is unable to deliver the Direct Message due to the winner's account settings (e.g., DMs restricted to followers only, account set to private), the Promoter may also attempt to contact the winner by tagging them in the comments section of the Promotional Post.
7.3 Each winner must respond within 72 hours of the Promoter's first notification to confirm acceptance and provide the following information required for prize delivery:

Proof of age and legal residency in the United Kingdom may also be required for eligibility verification. The Promoter will only use this information for prize fulfilment purposes and will process it in accordance with Section 11.
7.4 If a winner fails to respond within 72 hours, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide the required information, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner using the same random selection method.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 At the time of prize delivery, each winner must be aged 18 or over and must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom. Identity and eligibility verification will be completed before the prize is issued. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of identity and age.
8.2 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
8.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, but will use reasonable efforts to resolve any such issues with the delivery provider.
9. Publicity
9.1 Each winner may be asked to consent to the Promoter's use of their name, Instagram username, likeness, and winning entry for promotional purposes across the Promoter's social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Such consent will be sought separately after prize acceptance and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
9.2 Each winner may also be asked to provide a photograph of themselves with their prize for promotional use. This is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion before the draw takes place if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from proceeding as planned. If the Promotion is terminated before the draw, the Promoter will post a notice on the Promotional Post. Any modification or termination after the draw has taken place shall not affect a winner who has already been selected and notified.
10.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not successfully submitted due to technical issues, network failures, Instagram platform outages, or any other reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions and this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any statutory rights that a participant may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10.5 In the event of any dispute regarding participation or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding, subject to the participant's right to seek redress through the courts of England and Wales.
10.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
11.1 For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, the Promoter (Anker Technology (UK) Ltd.) shall be the data controller in respect of any personal data collected for this Promotion.
11.2 Personal data collected from participants (including Instagram username, and from winners: full legal name, delivery address, email address, phone number) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and delivering the prizes. Data will be retained for no longer than six months after the conclusion of the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment (e.g., sharing delivery details with a courier service).
11.3 Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port their personal data, and to object to processing.
