FAQ

Q1: Why does the charging pause for a few seconds when I plug in another device?

The power bank reallocates power internally, which takes a few seconds to complete. This is a normal process, so there is no need to worry.

Q2: Why does the device show that it's charging, but the displayed power remains at 0W?

The power bank has a 0.1W resolution. For devices like headphones or smartwatches with high battery levels, the charging power may fall below 0.1W. Rest assured, the power bank continues to charge the device even if the displayed power shows 0W.

Q3: Why does the laptop's battery level decrease when connected to a power bank for charging?

The power bank's USB-C port supports bidirectional charging. Ensure your laptop is charging by checking after connecting the cable and disconnecting once fully charged.

Q4: How do I enable the 'light' feature during power outages?

1. Press the 'light' button to turn on the screen.
2. Long press the 'light' button to activate. 'Auto' indicates it's on.
3. Connect to a power source via USB-C 1.
4. Place where light is unobstructed.
5. Light auto-activates during power outages.

Q5: How can I adjust the screen timeout settings?

1. When idle with a battery level circle, press the SOS button twice to enter the settings page.
2. Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch between different screen timeout settings.
3. Press the SOS button twice to exit the settings page.

To manually turn off the screen, press the 'light' button twice on the main screen.

Good but wish there was a series 7 version

A good base station type battery bank without having to go up to the size and weight of the full power stations with 240v sockets etc. Luckily my existing Bluetti 200w SP200 solar panel is compatible with this. Even though it’s a 200w panel, as it doesn’t exceed 24v output the battery seems to cope. Maybe a bit of over kill for it, but being 200w means that in the mostly overcast British weather I still get 50-60w input (60w is the max this battery can take). I then use it to charge my smaller Prime battery banks at the same time. Though annoyingly whilst C2 will output 55w or so on its own, if I use the 2 USB A ports at the same time they all seem to limit to about 8w or only ~25w across all 3. Seems odd. So for a gen2 of this or a series 7 version I’d love to see:
- same form factor, light on top still and handle is good, I like the glow in the dark elements too.
- more info on the screen
- bin SOS, or hide it in a menu somewhere, no need for a dedicated button
- higher solar input (at least 100w, if not 200w.
- higher output ports, e.g. 100w or 200-250w across multiple ports.

Awesome piece of kit. Used it for a long weekend camping and only used 40% of its battery. Highly recommended

Decent backup power device, wish it had a few more ports.

it’s really great and I like the emergency lighting function. However, it’s a bit limited with only two USB-C and two USB-A outlets, and one of the USB-Cs is needed for charging. I’d have like liked about 4 USB-C outputs so I can leave the charging port permanently connected and still have dedicated connections for the things I charge most.
