Did what I needed it to do

Needed more HDMI ports on my TV. This thing did what I needed it to do. Picked this one over others because the quality seemed higher, and seems to be true. I was able to teach my smart remote the buttons from the included remote so that's nice. My only real gripe is that it sometimes seems to freeze up and no inputs pass through to tv. Hoping it was a power issue and moved it to a dedicated plug instead of the tv. fingers crossed. (cord included, but no wall adapter) Minor silly gripe is the power cord plugs in the side, instead of the back with all the hdmi ports.

Anker HDMI Switch Never Came

So, I ordered an HDMI switch directly from the Anker Website, and when it said it was here it wasn't I checked everywhere, then I waited a couple of days (checking everyday), and it's still not here, plus I've reached out, and haven't got any response.
