eufy Video Doorbell S4 connects to existing doorbell wiring supplying AC 16 - 24V, 10VA - 40VA. This wired-only model does not support daily battery-powered use or solar power. A small built-in battery provides emergency backup during outages.

It works with eufy HomeBase 3, 4, Mini, and Pro (T9000) and supports Chime via HomeBase 2. It's also compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit (VR Mode and eufy Omnilrack™ features unavailable).

An upload speed of at least 8 Mbps is recommended; 12 Mbps or higher may provide a better experience. A stable Wi-Fi connection or mesh Wi-Fi system can help support smoother streaming.
