1. Each customer is limited to purchasing one gift card of the same denomination during the sale period.

2. Multiple gift cards can be stacked and used together on a single order.

3. No minimum spend is required; gift cards can be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

4. Unused gift cards are fully refundable. However, any remaining balance on a partially used gift card is non-refundable.

5. Gift cards are valid until 30th November 2026.

6. Orders paid with gift cards can be refunded by contacting our Customer Service team.

7. For orders paid with both a gift card and a credit or debit card, refunds will be credited to the gift card first. Any remaining refund amount will then be issued back to the credit or debit card.

8. For orders paid solely with gift cards, refunds will be issued back to the gift card balance, not to a bank or credit card.
