1. Please make sure the area you want to detect is located in the camera viewing area (≤8m/26ft). You can test the motion detection in your app by going to Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Sensitivity > Motion Test Mode. Also, please make sure if you have enabled motion detection on your camera settings.
2. Please try to turn up the sensitivity level.
3. Please make sure you have enabled Video Record and Push Notification in the security mode you have selected. You can go to Smart > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Recording & Notification.
4. Please try to remove the camera and add the camera again in the app.
