1. Why does the indicator switch between "Charging Indicator" and "Battery Indicator" while charging and discharging?
The charging power of a laptop or other high-powered electrical equipment will fluctuate to a certain extent after it is fully charged. When the fluctuating power exceeds the output detection threshold, it stops recharging. We recommend unplugging your devices soon after they are fully charged. This enables the devices to work at a lower temperature, and the portable charger to recharge quickly.
2. When in portable charger mode where 3 ports are used simultaneously, why can't high-powered devices such as tablets or laptops be charged?
When the portable charger is used as a mobile power supply and has two or more functional ports at the same time, the power of all output ports is only 5V (18W). Most laptops or tablets have certain requirements for charging power, so there is no way to charge them.
3. When in wall charger mode where 3 ports are used at the same time, why can't the C2 and A ports charge high-powered devices such as tablets or laptops?
When the portable charger is used as a wall charger and has two or more functional ports at the same time, the C1 port allocates a fixed power of 45W, which is compatible with most devices. The C2 and A ports only have an output of 5V when used at the same time (15W shared). Most laptops or tablets have certain requirements for charging power, so they cannot be charged.
