Reviews
Very good experience with this product, the power station working well, and good support for our outdoor activates. the brand is a familiar brand which can trust.
We bought this because our backup generator is big and loud! We use this at night to keep from disturbing the neighbors. So far it has provided enough power to run our full sized fridge, a handful of led bulb lights, a 50in tv with router and modem, and 3 fans for the whole night (8+ hrs). One thing to watch out for, as pointed out by other reviews, is incorrect polarity on the front plugs when it is plugged into the wall charging. This is a known issue. Get a tester and check when you get it.
Another home run for Anker! I have used Anker power banks (and cables and wall chargers) for years, and always found them to be well made, and a good value for the money. The 767 is next level - I got it with a 30% charge, and I charged it to 100% in a few hours. I then wheeled it into the kitchen and plugged my full-size fridge into it. I keep it cold: 37 in the fridge, -2 in the freezer. It ran all afternoon on the Anker 767 without an issue, and brought the battery capacity to 96%. I could have kept it on there for the whole day without issue. It's a solid, well-built piece of equipment - very high quality. It comes with all of the charging cables you'll need. It's heavy, but the telescoping handle and wheels make it as easy to move around as a piece of luggage. And while you can't just instantly refill the tank like with a gas generator, you can run this one indoors - no pollution is generated. It's very quiet - there's a fan that will come on when needed, but you'll barely hear it when you stand next to it.Cheap? No - but you get what you pay for. It's insanely high-quality, and delivers what it promises. It is a cheap insurance policy if you're worried about keeping something like a CPAP running. Anker even makes an app that you can control the 767 with - I've attached a picture. If you need a high-capacity, high-quality power bank, this is the one to buy!
I purchased this when it was on sale, set up is super easy and convenient. I already have a 30 amp inlet for my other generator, so I was able to test it with my current set up. It won’t run my central AC unit, but that’s not what I got it for. Keeping my refrigerator running and being able to power a few lights is awesome.I have been through several long power outages and the peace of mind knowing that I have a back up when my fuel runs out is priceless.
767 Power Station just arrived 15 July 2023 that I bought during Amazon Prime Days. Slightly smaller than I thought. (Shoes in picture for size perception). App loaded and connected seamlessly, confirming latest firmware already installed. Electrical ground and neutral wires correct unlike prototypes passed out free for select YouTubers. I’ll be putting through some trials these next few days and will update accordingly.UPDATE: Unit charges fast and very pleased how it can power a variety of appliances. However I initially had a problem when I tried to power my motorhome. I have a hard wired Surge Guard, and I was successful in getting everything powered (including microwave) EXCEPT my air conditioner (13.5kBTU with soft start) when the compressor kicked in. The Anker didn’t trip, but the Surge Guard did (interrupting all power to motorhome). I contacted Anker and they were very responsive, and I believe that my problem prompted them to issue firmware update 2.0.3 which fixed my problem. I don’t expect to be using the Anker to power my AC on a regular basis, but at least I know that it can now. Thank you Anker!
