    1. What is the charge allocation logic of E1600 Solarbank when connecting to Anker SOLIX Balcony Solar Power System?

    Priority charging is based upon the power demand you set.
    When PV power generation exceeds your demand, excess power is stored.
    For example, if PV power generation is 800W at noon and power demand is 200W, you can allocate 200W to discharge power at that time (do so in the Anker app).
    Our system automatically regulates the wattage and will store 600W to avoid wasting electricity.
    That energy will be saved until you're ready to use it, even at night.

    2. How do I connect Anker SOLIX Balcony Solar Panel to Anker SOLIX E1600 Solarbank?

    Only three steps are required to connect the system:
    • Connect the solar bank to the microinverter using the supplied MC4 Y output cables.
    • Connect the micro-inverter to a power outlet using the original cable.
    • Connect the solar panels to the solar bench using the supplied solar panel extension cables.

    3. Is Anker SOLIX E1600 Solarbank a plug-and-play product like other power systems?

    Yes, connecting Solarbank is easy and only takes 5 minutes the first time:
    • Connect the solar panel, solar bank, and micro inverter with the provided accessory cable.
    • Press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on Solarbank.
    • Download the Anker app for complete control of Solarbank.

    4. Can I add multiple solar panels to Anker SOLIX E1600 Solarbank?

    An Anker SOLIX E1600 Solarbank can only be connected to one Anker SOLIX Balcony Solar Panel system (2-panel set). If you want to add more modules, you need another Solarbank.

    5. What kind of solar panels are compatible with Anker SOLIX E1600 Solarbank?

    The solar panel needs to meet the following specifications for charging:
    • We recommend the total PV Voc (open circuit voltage) is in the range of 30-55V. PV Isc (short-circuit current): 36A Max; Input voltage: 60VDC Max.
    • The micro inverter should meet the output specifications of Solarbank: Solarbank's MC4 DC output: 11-60V, 30A (800W Max).
